A 12-week course designed to prevent diabetes by eating, sleeping and exercising at the right times.
Ideal for : women in mid life; people short of time; if you are worried about diabetes, struggling with sleep, overweight.
There are three 12-week programmes annually - Spring, Autumn and Winter. Programmes consist of groups of no more than 12 participants.
On completion of the programme you will automatically be given exclusive membership to the LCP Alumni group for continued support and accountability.
